Recipe: Smoked Salmon Roll-ups

Makes: 24 rolls
- ½ cup spreadable cream cheese
- 2 tbsp capers, rinsed and chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- ½ lemon zest, grated
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 4 wraps
- 400g salmon, smoked
- ½ bunch spinach leaves
- Salt and pepper
1. Combine the cream cheese, capers, dill, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Spread the wraps with the cream cheese mixture. Lay out the salmon and spinach leaves.
3. Roll up the wraps and cut into six rolls each.
4. Refrigerate until they are ready to serve.
