Recipe: Pretzel Baguette Turkey Club Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1 pretzel baguette
- 6 slices turkey breast
- 4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 ripe tomato, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 leaves of romaine lettuce
- 4 slices Swiss cheese

Method:
1. Slice the pretzel baguette lengthwise.
2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly on both cut sides of the baguette.
3. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until it's crispy. Drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.
4. Start with a layer of Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each baguette section. Add turkey slices over the cheese. Then layer crispy bacon, tomato slices, and red onion. Top with romaine lettuce.
5. If you prefer a warm sandwich, place the assembled bottom half in a preheated oven or a skillet over low heat until the cheese begins to melt. Be careful not to let the lettuce wilt too much.
6. Cover with the top half of the baguette, press down gently, and slice in half diagonally.
