Fresh Pork Chops

Pork chops are tender and juicy cuts of pork that can be grilled, pan-seared, or baked for a delicious meal. Pork chops are very similar to beef steaks, in fact, they have some common characteristics. Both are very popular with meat lovers and a common choice for hearty, flavourful meals. They can also be cooked using the same methods and are often seasoned to enhance their flavours. Pork chops are cut from the pig’s loin, a stretch of meat running from the hip to the shoulder which contains the tenderloin. The duration of their required cooking time depends on their thickness but be careful not to overcook them.
