Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp white wine
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp dried tarragon
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 8 thinly cut pork chops

Method:
1. Place the honey, orange juice, vinegar, wine, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, tarragon, and mustard in a large, sealable plastic bag.
2 Cut-off the fat from each pork chop to prevent the meat from curling while cooking.
3. Place the pork chops in the plastic bag and leave to marinade in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
4. In the meantime, preheat the grill on high heat.
5. Lightly oil the grill grate and place the pork chops on the grill. Discard the marinade.
6. Cook the pork chops for 6-8 minutes, turning them on different sides to cook evenly.
