Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 whole salmon fillet

Method:

1. Preheat the grill on high heat.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, smoked paprika, and vinegar.

3. Brush one side of the salmon with the basting sauce and place the salmon on the grill, with the basted side facing down.

4. After cooking for 7 minutes, generously baste the top and turn over. Cook for about 8 more minutes, then brush on more basting sauce, turn, and cook for 2 minutes.
