Watermelon Mint Cooler

Watermelon Mint Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes

Method:

1. In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.

2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp.

3. Add lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and cold water. Stir well.

4. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime.

Tropical Pineapple Coconut Slushie

Tropical Pineapple Coconut Slushie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

Method:

1. In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, ice, orange juice, and honey or agave syrup.

2. Blend until smooth and slushy.

3. Pour into glasses and garnish with a pineapple wedge or a sprinkle of shredded coconut.

Cucumber Lemonade Spritzer

Cucumber Lemonade Spritzer

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 4 cups sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh lemon slices and cucumber ribbons for garnish

Method:

1. Blend the cucumber slices until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.

2. Add lemon juice and honey or agave syrup. Stir until the sweetener is fully dissolved.

3. Add sparkling water and stir gently.

4. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices and cucumber ribbons.

Berry Hibiscus Iced-tea

Berry Hibiscus Iced-tea

Ingredients:

  • 4 hibiscus tea bags
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method:

1. Steep the hibiscus tea bags in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool.

2. In a blender, puree the mixed berries with honey or agave syrup until smooth. Strain the berry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.

3. Add the cooled hibiscus tea and cold water to the pitcher. Stir well.

4. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves and whole berries.
