Recipe: Classic Angus Beef Burgers
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 4 Angus beef burger patties
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced onions
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.)

Method:
1. Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
2. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking.
3. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
4. Assemble the burgers: Place lettuce leaves on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a cooked patty. Top with sliced tomatoes, onions, and any additional condiments you prefer.
5. Place the top half of the bun on the toppings to complete the burger.
6. Serve the Angus beef burgers with your choice of side dishes, such as French fries, coleslaw, or a fresh salad.
