- 1 bottle (830ml) ketchup
- 33cl beer
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 ½ cups dark brown sugar
- ½ cup mustard
- 3 tbsp barbecue seasoning
- 2 tbsp distilled white vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
