Recipe: Creamy Isabella Cheese Pasta

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 340g of pasta
  • 1 cup of Two Sisters Isabella Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Method:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to let it brown.

3. Reduce the heat to low, pour in the heavy cream, and stir gently. Allow the cream to heat through for a few minutes, but do not boil.

4. Gradually whisk in the grated Isabella Cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

5. Season the sauce with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed.

6. Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce, tossing it gently to coat the pasta evenly.
