Healthy Recipe – Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Bowl

Servings: 2 bowls
Ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized frozen bananas
- ½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Optional toppings:
- Sliced banana
- Chocolate chips
- Peanut butter
- Blueberries
- Crushed nuts

Method:
1. Place all ingredients, except for the toppings, in a blender. Start off by adding ½ cup of almond milk and increase according to how thick you would like your smoothie to be.
2. Blend the ingredients at high speed for 1-2 minutes.
3. Transfer the smoothie into two bowls and serve with your desired toppings.
